Logistics
When we receive your online order, it immediately begins processing through our integrated inventory and shipping software, ensuring no delays in order fulfillment. Items are scanned and shipped the same day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Tracking Information: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update after you receive your tracking number.
- Delivery Time: Your package should arrive within 1 to 5 business days for destinations within the United States.
Shipping Options
We offer FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and guaranteed Overnight (Priority and Standard) shipping to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping is performed during business days, Monday through Friday.
- Orders received before 2:00 PM: Typically ship the same day.
- Express orders placed by phone before 3:00 PM: Ship the same day.
Emergency Shipping:
- Emergency shipping after 3:00 PM may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please call 404-574-6600 to arrange.
Shipping Prices
We pass our volume shipping discounts through to our customers. This ensures we have some of the lowest shipping costs in the country.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, during normal business hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern Time).
- Orders received before 2:00 PM are typically processed and shipped the same business day, subject to product availability.
- Ground shipping orders usually arrive within 1-5 business days.
- Express orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to ensure same-day shipping. For express orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, please call us.
Express Shipping:
- Express shipping includes weekday delivery only.
Shipping Rates:
- Our shipping rates are among the lowest online. We have daily pickups with Federal Express, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service.
- For large orders, please call 1-404-574-6600 for discounted and pallet-based shipping rates.
Shipping Terms:
- All sales are shipped "FOB origin" or "FOB shipping point." Once goods are on the dock, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the goods, including freight costs and liability during transport.
- TransMed Company LLC will not refund delivery costs for refused deliveries or undeliverable packages after repeated attempts.
International Shipping:
- UScreenTests.com ships internationally to many parts of the world. Some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.
- For international shipping arrangements, please call 404-840-8900 to use your shipping account.
- We ship internationally via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or the U.S. Postal Service. The U.S. Postal Service is the cheapest option, but we cannot issue refunds for lost packages. For detailed tracking, choose UPS or call us for special air freight pricing.
- Note: We do not cover customs fees.

Return Policy
Our standard return policy applies to new, unopened products within 30 days of receipt. If a refund is permitted, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Drug and alcohol testing products are not returnable, and all sales are final due to FDA regulations and specific storage requirements.
Returns and Refunds:
- If a product is deemed defective by UScreentests.com or if we shipped the wrong product, we will issue a refund or product replacement.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by UScreentests.com.
- To initiate a return, please contact us or call Customer Service at 1-404-574-6600 with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions for returning items if the product is deemed returnable.
- Refrigerated Product: Due to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, TransMed does not offer returns on refrigerated products unless shipped in error by UScreenTests.com.
Refund Processing:
- You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days).
- Time to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days).
- Time for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Defective Products:
- Testing devices suspected of being defective require proof of failure, such as pictures and/or laboratory confirmation.
- Returned products will be sent to the manufacturer for further QA/QC testing. If determined defective, we will replace the product, issue a refund check, or process a credit card refund.
- Most testing discrepancies are procedural. Please refer to the product package insert for details, directions for use, and results interpretation.
Contact Information for Suspected Product Issues:
- Please have the following information ready: customer name, sales order or invoice number, and the nature of the problem. In many cases, we will require pictures of the suspected defective product.
